How much does a wedding photographer in Douro Valley cost?
We do not work from a one-size-fits-all price list, because no two weddings are the same. Tell us the date and where it will be, and we will prepare a proposal made for your day. We cover it from start to finish, always with the same care.
How far in advance should we book?
Usually between 3 and 24 months in advance. Season and demand make the biggest difference, and summer dates tend to be booked much earlier.
Do you also film weddings?
Yes, we do. For us what matters most is the emotion and what really happened that day, and the video follows exactly that idea. It is not about staging, it is about keeping what was lived, now with movement and sound too.
When do we receive the photographs?
The digital photographs usually take one to two weeks, depending on the time of year. Albums take longer to prepare, generally around 3 to 4 months. We always agree the timings with you in advance.
How many photographs do you deliver?
We do not work with a fixed number, because every wedding is its own. We never cut important moments just to hit a target. The amount varies a lot with the day itself, but we make sure everything that matters is there.
Is your style more natural or more posed?
Both. We photograph mostly in a natural, discreet way, focused on real moments. But we also keep time for calm, timeless portraits of the two of you. We guide only when needed, and always lightly.

Yes. We photograph engagement and pre-wedding sessions. They help couples feel more comfortable in front of the camera and also create meaningful photographs before the wedding day.
Do you travel for weddings outside Douro Valley?
Yes. We travel anywhere in Portugal and work regularly in Porto, the Douro Valley, Aveiro and other regions.
Do you work alone or as a team?
We work mostly as a team, especially when the service includes photography and videography, to ensure complete and consistent coverage. Smaller weddings can also be covered by one photographer, always with the same care and attention to detail.
